Amber Dawn Powell is an independent hair & make-up artist in Salt Lake City, UT since 2009. She began her career as one of the original members of the C.I.A (Collective of Independent Artists) at Ulysess (salon in downtown SLC) led by Andrew Valtal (owner/hairdresser) from 2009-2014 participating in several Utah fashion events such as Art Meets Fashion, SLC Fashion Stroll, In This Week’s Fashion Night Out, Sophie St. Claire’s Alpha Fem Project, and more. From 2015 to 2017, she worked as the main hairdresser, and as a master esthetician at Stein Erikesen Lodge in Park City, UT.  She is now an independent Hair Artist for Versa Artistry (www.versaartistry.com) since 2017, and continues to work as a freelance hair & make-up artist for editorials, runway, music videos, and commercial work.

Amber is the Founder and Chief Alchemist of Silvermoon Restoratives, an all-natural, certified-organic, botanical, whole body skin care line. She began development of her Skin & Tissue Repair Serum during her Master Esthetician program at the Skin Science Institute in 2014, and started her company, Silvermoon Restoratives, launching her first serum in 2017.
